Tight and chuggy. For instance, should I always have it on full power for maximum tightness?thanks for any info.

I would do full power, pentode, simul-class (although tight and chuggy tones are there in any configuration to be honest, but this works the best IMO)...keep the bass around 2, start with a slight V shape in the GEQ and go from there...as the manual describes it, the IV has unreal amounts of tight, chunky low end.
