Hanging golden screw behind 2 second power tube....

I did some tube rolling today and noticed that there is a golden screw hanging from the chassis just behind the second power tube (counting from right to left when looking at the amp from the back).

The screw is hanging uncrewed from the chassis and is about to fall off.

Sorry I cant post picture (i<m quite illiterate in web stuff).

Is it normal ? Shoul I secrew it in ? How come something like this is in there ?

That's probably the screw puts tension on the chassis, I assume to lessen vibrations and maybe help ground the shielding on the top of the amp. Most Mesa amps have them. It's a pretty common concern and is nothing to worry about.
