How is the G Major to program? Is it like setting up pedals but with a menu? Currently have a Rocktron Multivalve but it's a pain to programm, lots of different parameters and the manual isn't very good.

It's not super complicated, but it takes some time...lot's of parameters and options. However, all you need to do is push the effect button and turn the parameter wheel to scroll the options or effect level.

THis is the link to the site where you can download the manual...http://www.tcelectronic.com/G-Major

Sounds great once it's up and running the way you want...the presets are also fun right out of the box!!

I use a GMajor and I am very happy with it.
I have a preset editor on my web site.

Check out the link at the bottom of my message

or the site is www.screamingguitar.com
There is also a group (board) for the product and the editor is there too.

I don´t like the gmajor. It is cheaper than other multifx but it sounds artificial. It sounds so digital.
In my rackbag I have only one multifx, the rocktron intellifex.
In my point of view is the less digital sound I have ever heard, that is because the intellifex is the alone multifx I knows that makes a real mix between dry and wet signal using the original sound, the pure analog sound is mixed with the processed sound after the DAC. The dry signals travels along the multifx directly to the outputs to do an analog mix with the wet signal. No process is applied to the dry signal, it is like a real true bypass and it really likes to me.
