G major, anyone else have heard about this problem?

Hi guys. I just bought a g-major but i already have a problem that the user's manual can't solve.

When i'm editing an effect (say chorus) i can't change between the parameters, when i use my parameter wheel appears the following in the screen: "mix: fill 100%". and it lets me change that percentage but doesn't let me go to another parameters...

Any ideas?

The inner knob adjusts the current parameter, and the outer ring advances to the next parameter. If turning the outer turns the inner knob too, maybe something has them stuck together. Turn the power off, and give each knob a few spins.

You are using the wrong knob. It's the one on the right.
