For Sale: Modified Epiphone Les Paul Custom. First, about the guitar itself. Guitar is a 2002 model, mahogany body, maple neck, ebony with the 3 ply binding, standard les paul custom. It's in decent shape considering it's not a closet queen, guitar has been gigged and used. It's not bad, but it shows it's age a bit. Regarding the mods: Pickups were replaced with an EMG 81 and an EMG 85, electronics were replaced, tuners replaced with grover locking tuners, dunlop straplocks have been installed, and the bridge has been replaced with a tone pros piezo bridge. EMG's were installed with an on-off switch rather than the standard internal switch, allowing manual operation of the pickups while the guitar remains plugged in. The output of the guitar is stereo, with the EMG's on the tip, and the piezo on the ring, allowing a split simultaneous output. Or, a standard cable can be used and the piezo signal dropped. Also, the pots are wired volume-volume-tone with one of the pots serving as volume for the piezo. And the final mod, the neck of the guitar was sanded down to raw maple for a great feel a la Zakk Wylde. Note that the shape of the neck was not changed, the finish was simply removed, and the wood treated to prevent warpage. Guitar comes with a hardshell case, and will include a tip-ring splitter that splits the stereo output of the guitar into two standard outputs, and a stereo guitar cable.

Looking for 350 or best offer, also am open to trades, so make an offer! Guitar sounds great, plays great, I just don't need it anymore. New, this
