I have a Studio .22+ which I like quite a bit. I have read, and do realize, that installing a fan is a good idea to keep the amp cool. What kind of fan do some of you use, how do you install it and where?

I found a small 110volt fan, at a surplus electronics store, and actually wired mine into the amp.

I mounted it right to the chassis, with a switch in the chassis to turn off if I need quiet (like recording) that I just tapped into the main power just after the main on/off switch.

I otherwise usually just leave it on as it is good to keep those tubes cool. :D

If you don't want to mess with the amp chassis, you could always mount something to the cabinet and run a separate extension cord to it, though it would be more cumbersome.
Good luck :D
