difficulty putting a IIc+ from a combo into a head

im not familar with IIc+ combo amps is it difficult to put a unit from a combo into an empty head?

ive seen some good deals on IIc+ combo's ..the IIc+ heads are insanely priced...

I was thinking of buying an empty head ( lol) and putting the IIc+ from a combo in it...

any suggestions or comments?

is it difficult? is it possible with little effort or frustration?
is there anything i should be aware of?

very easy to do as long as they measure up the same. Marks can come in different chassis sizes.
