This doesnt read to good... disconnect the midi and all other external stuff. Check again. If nothing changed all you can do is (after power down, of course) open the top casing and check all the connectors inside sitting tight. If nothing changed you have to bring your Triaxis to the service....

i did all of that and nothing changed. i figured i'd have to send it to boogie. i bought it from ebay and the guy said it's like new with no problems. when i got it it worked for about an hour maybe less. it was at night when i tried it out. the next day nothing. i have a new power amp coming on monday and now i can't even use it because of this problem. :x

Hello!
I have almost exactly the same problem with a unit I've tried to repair for a guy who lives nearby me in Sweden.

After all that I emailed "fatboy135" who gave me tons of advise.
(Thank you fatboy)

I've checked all supplyvoltages for the whole amp including the digital board, cleaned all the ribbon cables and checked connections, and (believe it or not) replaced every single ic (including 8mhz crystal) in the digital circuit, and still nothing has changed.
The problem lies somewhere else, but where?

This is not good news for you of course, but on the other hand this info might help you see what i have overlooked.

If you or anybody else comes up with a suggestion or solution, please post it.
(Sending it halfway around the planet to Mesa is no option for the guy, buying another used unit would be cheaper, or less expensive).

Regards
Mikael

This might sound silly, but check the Triaxis power switch to make sure it's not in the middle. Mine was accidentally bumped into the middle position, producing an anemic low volume sound. Pushing it to the On position 'fixed' it.

Hello immersed!
Did you solve the issue with your amp?
If so, where was the problem located?

I have the same problem. Mine is .3 instead of .4 in the dynamic voice LED. I turn it off and turn on again and that works. But occasionally it doesn't sound and I have to turn it off and then turn on again. Don't know what's the problem. I figure it'll kill me in a live situation.
Can anyone in the US please call Mesa to report this problem?
