Craigslist Scam?

My buddy here on the ship thinks that it might be a beat down scam where you show up with some cash and get jumped. I guess he heard about that happening a few times in the past. I've never bought anything off of craigslist myself and don't pay much attention to it.

You're right that it might be legit, but $300 is ridiculous. An amp that would be a steal at twice that amount raises my suspicions.

I'm not interested in the amp or in the area. Just thought I'd throw it up here for the hell of it.

due to the way its written I would say its stolen, has a hidden problem or like someone else said is a mugging waiting to happen. Don't those go for about $1800 new?
