this is the serial number...R-007961

it is a two channel triple rectifier

what revision and what year would it be?

Its just a regular 2 Channel Rev G. Great amp. Nothing ultra rare or anything.

And its not a real blackface, the diamond plating has just been painted is all. Otherwise the center grey-colored grill would also be black.

Probably a later 90's amp judging by the pointy knobs, but I am no expert. Silverwulf would be the guy to talk to.....

what year did mesa change over to the 3 channel recto? i used to own one, but sold it. back into the mark scene now, but find myself wanting a recto again....duh.

i hear the earlier 2 channel dual recto's have a little more character than the 3 channel ones.
