Can anyone nail this TA-30 tone with their Mark or Roadster?

Was hoping someone with a Mark IV or V or Roadster could tell me if they're able to duplicate this TA-30 (the new TransAtlantic) blues tone. The one on the far right, "Tweed For Blues." I think it's just a fantastic tone. Posting a sound clip would be even better. :D

tweed mode on the mark v should be able to handle this easily. i personally havent gotten the tone from that specific clip because i dont own a telecaster, which is a huge part of that tone. but if you own a fender guitar, then i'd say mark v. i test drove a few roadsters and road kings before i decided on the mark v, and IMO, the mark v's tweed is better than the recto's tweed mode, and the V's crunch mode was also better than the brit mode.

I don't have a Telecaster either. I associate the sound in that clip more with using single coils than I do with it specifically being a Telecaster. That being said, I wish the guitarist in that clip would have used a Strat. That tone just oozes cool though, I love it.

For anyone else reading this topic, if you have a Strat and a Mark or Roadster please experiment a little and tell me how close you can come to getting that tone.

well i pretty strictly play humbuckers so i cant really help you there. i will say though, that ive been able to get some very nice bluesy tones in the tweed mode, variac power, 45 W (or 10), tube rectifier, using my gibson SG's.

Thanks, your input is still appreciated. If I could get something 95% like that tone with a Mark V and my Strat I'd seriously consider getting one. I've been on the fence about which amp to get for almost 2 years and still haven't bought anything. I've read several times that buying a Mesa amp is really an investment, and there's probably a lot of truth to that statement since I've see used Mark IVs sell for as much as they cost when new.
