So I got a chance to really sit and play with the cab clone implemented on the JP-2C. I gotta say, despite its bad reputation I was able to dial in some really great tones with it. I'm going to make some clips soon if anyone is interested.

I'm running it through a Focusrite 18i20 with JBL LSR05 Studio Monitors. Last night I started ripping with it and I'm now thinking for my next gig I may try to run Cab Clone to FoH.

I'm getting such good results that I'm selling my Two Notes Torpedo Reload. I'm not a professional studio, so while it's a great piece of gear, Cab Clone does what I need so the Torpedo becomes expendable.

Anyone else using the feature?

I am currently involved in a TSO tribute project and practice at a live venue biweekly. I use the cabclone in my JP2C and the other guitarist uses an external CabClone for his RoadKing. It sounds pretty good to me as well as the sound engineer. I also used it at my last live show at the same venue. It sounded great. I have not tried using it for direct recording yet.....
