C+ Coliseum Experiences

Hi Guys.. Some of you have the honor to own/repair the 300 Series and maybe can help me..

I'm the proud owner of one IIC+ Coliseum. after 2 hours playing the power trasformer is really hot.. I can't compare with another C+ Coli but just with some C+ simul class; the 105 PT after 2,5/3 hours are a little bit warm..

is this normal and depending by the big PT dimension and technical characteristics?

its normal.
my IIB coli gets very hot as well.
i think all mark amps do.
