Jeff :D

Call TC. They'll probably send you the encoder (pot) for free!

Yeah i have been trying, hard to get to speak to a human there its wait......................wait...............leave a callbak# but nothing happens, worst support I have ever seen, I e-mailed one guy there, he said he was overseas to call the US service dept, why could he not help me and do it for me.........

Call this number:
(818) 665-4914

That's parts. You'll probably get Moses.

Tell him what you need and he'll take care of you. Can't tell you that it'll be free for sure. But usually they don't charge for small parts like knobs and pots.

:)

TKS talked to him already real nice guy he is gonna shoot me a schematic with the part #s , I will give him the part #s I need and we go from there.

Well I must say thanks to "camsna" here and "Moises" at TC Electronics I received my left encoder pot yesterday (plus the 2 outer knobs that were missing) all "Free of Charge" a little while later I removed the old broken encoder and soldered the new one in, ( those things are really soldered in there) snapped the 2 knobs into place, plugged it into the wall , and WOW it all works great now WOOOO HOOOO there is great service , if you know where to look, I got better response here ( that actually got the job done) than from the TC electronics forums ( no respone from ppl that actually are their product users specific ) and their support call numbers
Thanks
Jeff
