boost + FX switching

I am looking at getting some multi fx and a switching system, possible a g major or similar, for my roadster.

Currently i am running a maxon OD808 out front (always on) and an mxr 10 band eq in the loop.

Is there any system that would allow me to switch from say ch3 with OD808 on, to ch 1 with OD808 off with different FX patches etc for each. Is this possible? Sounds like it would need some kind of loop for the OD....

might be a tiny bit overkill for your rig but for me the one button switches are worth it.

Excellent. How much are these?

Also are they capable of controlling all footswitchable controls of Roadster (4 channels, tuner, loop, solo, reverb) in addition to the multi fx and od?

How do the GCX audio switcher and the rg-16 compare? Which is "better" or are they much the same?

Also with the GCX - would it be advisable to get their ground controller with it or would something like a behringer pedalboard do?
