Anyone ever compared a Triaxis using a 2:90 and a 2:100?

What tonal differences do you notice? If you can give me a review I'd appreciate it. I am going to purchase one or the other but I don't want to follow the masses and get the 2:90 if the 2:100 can offer me something I like without loosing too much of another. And no I can't try them out where I live or I wouldn't be bothering you guys here lol

This will help. Look at the HC scores for...

The 2:90

and then the 2:100

I prefer the 2:100, as it is the power section to the Dual Rectifier series vs. the Mark series, which the 2:90 covers.

Just copied this out of the 2:100 user guide, page 2:

NOTE: BEFORE YOU MOUNT THE 2:100 IN YOUR RACK! This is an extremely aggressive and powerful amplifier intended for use with one of the above mentioned MESA preamplifiers in large venues. If after trying it you feel you may have chosen more amp than you need, you may find one of the more forgiving MESA strereo power amplifiers such as the Stereo 2:50 or the Stereo Simul-Class 2:90 more suited to your style or application. Save the packing material and keep the amplifier in perfect condition and you should be able to return it to the place of purchase for full credit toward one of the less aggressive models that might perhaps better suit your needs. If this stunning, agressive power well suits your playing style and needs, congratulations and by all means rock on.

hahaha that's awesome.

'This thing is louder than God. God may ask you to turn it down a notch. If you turn both channels up past noon your band will die in a manner reminiscent of the end of "Raiders of the Lost Ark." George W. Bush invaded Iraq to keep Saddam from diming his 2:100. You're totally not a pussy if you decide this thing is too **** loud and return it.'
