Anyone changed speakers in a 1x12 Recto Closed Back Cab

Just acquired a Closed back Rectifer 1x12 cab

removed all the screws in the back, but can't get the back to budge

removed the input jack plate, to give me something to grab onto, but still no luck

don't want to really force anything

feels glued in.....is it removable ?
do I need more wheaties ?

Very tight fit... you will have to pry it open... use a wide blade and move it around a little at a time.
