Andy Timmons now plays through a LSC, Stiletto, & TA-30. This has got to be one of the most elaborate rigs I have ever seen.

I wasn't really impressed with the tone in that video. I like Andy Timmons tone but that wasn't the best. Maybe it is just the recording..... or maybe the new amp?

Actually, that vid was the worst tone and quality, but the amps were clear to see. He has several other vids with some other Beatle covers that are really good!

I will have to check some out. Since I got a Lonestar, I actually take less gear out to a gig. I don't know how Andy could need more. I am down to just amp, overdrive and a guitar. sometimes I put a delay in the loop if I am in the mood. I can cop just about any tone I need with that setup and the LSC

^^Lol. Why does Andy use 3 different amps live? Because he can. I do use a 2 amp, stereo rig with ext cabs at my home practice studio with the LSC as the master, but gigging out....I keep it simple with the LSC combo and a small pedal board.

Saw Andy on Monday night in NYC. He only used the Lonestar and Stilleto. Seems the Stilleto for the most part. Sounded great but way to load. I mean over the top load for a small club. He also changed up his pedal board. No rack unit at this show. He still has the CArl Martin compressor, BB Preamp and 2 electroharmonix delays. Also had a RC booster, Carl Martin Chorus, some MXR delay and a pedal I can't identify.

^^Thanks for the update. Good info. To bad he's "over the top loud". Don't wanna end up like Paul Gilbert.
