Did it work at one point and just stop working out of the blue?

What is hooked up and how do you have everything hooked up? Effects, preamp, cabs, etc

Have you checked your cables?

Do all of your tubes light up?

That should be good enough to get you started.

I had it serviced through Mesa Boogie back in Sep./Nov. and I got it back in Dec. I didn't find out side B wasn't working until the first of Feb. I called boogie and I have tried everything they told me to try and it still does not work. I really don't want to send it back to boogie but it looks like I have no choice. Here goes another $100 in shipping costs round trip.

Sorry to hear. Unfortunately it can't be blamed on anyone (mesa, shipping company, you) because it wasn't tested right away.

Good luck with everything. Maybe now is the time to find a local mesa repair shop.

Assuming the output valves/ tubes are working properly, it could be a phase splitter (easy to look up yourself) or a shot capacitor.
