I would like to mount a power supply in back of my amp for my three pedals: an Eventide Timefactor connected to the effects loop and sitting on top of the amp, a Turbo Tuner ST-200 connected to the MKV at the tuner port and sitting next to the amp, and a Fulltone Clyde Wah out in front next to the MKV foot switch.

Will it work if I run a 15 foot long low voltage power cord from the power supply out to my Wah?

yep.
i did something similiar with my rack and pedal board.
i put a gfci on it too..safety and peace of mind, all wrapped in one...sorta like wearing a rubber and pulling out!

Yes, I always use protection... in this case an isobar surge suppressor with two isolated filter banks from TrippLite.

I recall reading somewhere that it is not a good practice to run a 120 V power cord parallel to an instrument cable as it is routed from the amp up to the pedal board so that you don't cause noise or otherwise interfere with the signal from your guitar. Does this matter with a 12 V power cord?

I have a 18ft PedalSnake that I use with the V. Power for Pedals is routed on one of the channels of the snake. I've never had any problems with noise due to this setup. Only a little bit of signal loss due to the 72 total ft of cable in the rig
