Hey guys...regarding the 10pf/20pf "mod," what would happen if there were another 3.3M resistor and (an unknown value) capacitor wired on top of the normal 3.3M/10pf?

The product is actually the Quad preamp, channel 2 but I figured I would ask here since it relates to the same mod. That certainly helps to explain why R2 sounds the way it does!
