Which mess fan? The one in my stiletto was 12v, the one you linked is 120v.

It’s a makIV standard AC from the 115 volts ac - should work but it’s a little bigger

It's the same size and should fit just fine. (don't use the fan guards /grilles)

Overall the specs are a little different than the Globe motor/ fan that Mesa currently uses. (Fwiw they used Howard fans in earlier Mark series amps - I, II, and III’s)
It'll be a little bit louder but overall still a pretty low dB so it shouldn't be all that noticeable.
