Is the current dual rectifier considered a simul class amp design? What color codes on the EL34's work best in the current dual rectifier?

I found some of the Mesa el34 str448 tubes for a good price. They're NOS from the 2000's(what the seller is claiming). Does anyone have experience with these tubes and how do they compare to the current str447?
