    Weird noise in my rect-o-verb reverb when I switch channels!

    I don't think I am explaining this too well. ok....I'm in my drive channel (reverbs on both channels) I play a line on my guitar. I stop and hit my footswitch to go into the clean channel. Then I get like a power surge going through the reverb almost like an echo.

    I don't know if it has always been there or I have just tuned into it today? But, All of the sudden I am noticing that when I channel switch I get a reverb pop? Model: I have a version 2, and it's the 1X12 model....don't know if that makes a difference?

    I Bought a Rect-o-Verb 1X12 around Christmas. For an amp that only has a single 12" speaker it's "BIG". The housing for the amp is the size of a Fender twin Reverb. I was blown away that casters do not come with this amp. Also after spending like $1,600.00 (Tax) I had to spend another $70.00...

    Now I feel stupid......your right, the yellow jackets are EL84's... But the switching from 6L6 to "EL34's" this doesn't drop the power at all right?
