I have an old (1982) SOB and I have a buncha old tubes. I want to know what the different tube sockets are? It has 2X 6L6s and two 12s Is the 12 socket to the right looking in the back wthout removing anything V1? Does anyone have a manual or such like for this particular version of this...

Very good question . . . as I have about 10 NOS stock 6v6s laying around and want to try them out. And where can I get information on getting or doing a Bias mod? I would love to have one in my Old-School 60W SOB, so that I can pop in Old Tubes without worry (I come across lots of old tubes)...

If you do this, doesn't that mean that you can only bias your tubes hotter?
