I'm not too keen on the dual calibers (a little less gain than i want and they are hard to find). If i got the recto would probably boost em a tiny bit with a fulltone OCD pedal just to get that extra tightness. Alot of people have also told me to go with the Mark IV, but it just doesnt sound...

The Fulltone OCD is apparantly an amazing pedal. If you want a solo boost, however, I reccomend Xotic pedals. They are AMAZING for boosting.

A wah pedal, is simaliar to a tone knob, however it has a much wider sweep. When you put it all the way up, it boosts the treble. The fact that it is distorting, is not good, I don't think wahs are supposed to do that. I suggest looking into a Vox wah, they sound X1000s of times better than the...
