It looks like an old Open Back 1x12 that had the tolex removed. It's pretty beat up in spots but most likely works just fine.

Depends on your location. If USA there's plenty. If Euro (and other parts of the world) I'm not so sure how easily tubes can be had....

Fwiw a IIA short head shell will not work for late Mark IIB's and beyond (IIC's, III's, IV's) The mounting hole spacing is different.
