Yellowjackets in a Road King

Anyone here tried them? I'm thinking of purchasing a RK soon, but have never really been a huge EL34 fan, but love EL84's. This way I could cover MY favotite tones.
Any insight is appreciated!

I tried them in my MKIV and they sound a lot like EL34's so I don't think it will work for you. You can go 6L6 in RK

I did it to my RK and it was one of the best purchases I ever made. I love the 84 tone.
