Only a Mark IIC can be converted to a IIC+.
In the olden days, when boogie still had extra pre-amp PCBs laying around, they could convert any Mark II to a IIC+. Those days are long gone. Now it's just the IIC that can be converted because its existing circuit board is close enough that MikeB can work with it. Even the IIC board, though, requires a lot of work, which is why the price is so high for the conversion (~$400 or something).
