The red stripe has the IIC+ preamp section
The blue stripe has the IIC+ power section

I'll take it one step further-wife and kids were gone...too many beers.--a few of the neighborhood players dropped in,and I felt it was my duty to do a little Hendrix on the Strat-complete with feedback, down on my knees, shakin' the fool out of the Strat a la Jimi...couldnt hear anything but SWOOOOOOOOOOOOSHHHHH the next morn..and morn after that....the master was on (gulp) 5..Coli plus EV's equals tinnitus(sp??)...its ok now,but the next day I was playing my old Martin, and I heard the upper octave harmonic on every note!Thought my **** guitar was messed up, then realized it was my **** ears..!dumbass me..but it was a good nightJOEY B. said:gts said:Joey if the 105 C+ gives a dynamic response that is only rivaled by the Coliseum Mark III, what is the dynamic response like on Mike's IIC+ Coliseum?!
The Coliseum amps can be brutal in the clean channel, wheather it is a MkII or III. With EV speakers, the word "painful" comes to mind, if the room is small.

It will be the the first part of the part number stamped on the transformer cover. Just lay it down on its side (or top), shine a flashlight in there and read the numbers stamped in to the transformer.
