Help!

Anyone know where I can get a metal reverb mounting plate for a Mark IV head? I called Mesa and they will sell me the hardware and bushings, but the mounting plate is only sold as a unit with a new $40 reverb.

According the the guy I talked to at Mesa, it's just a flat metal plate with 4 holes. Can you buy these anywhere? Anyone made one from something else that worked?

Cut a piece of sheet metal to fit. I laid a bead of silicone on the edges like Boogie did.

Thanks. What did you use for the metal? Did you cut it with plain ol' tin snips?

This is news to me I've bought one from them before....

Hmm that's strange. They guy I talked to was certain he could not get that part separately. I even asked him to double check. I thought that was especially odd for a company that sells a handle as 8 individual parts.
