just a quick question,

What's the weight of a 295 rack power amp ?

Half a cow.
Can't be more precise, my rack is now installed in my studio, but what I can tell you is that when the guy send it to me it was registered by the transport company at 34kg with the 4 units rack case (good old wood-metal one).

And mine was registered at 30 kg ... It have been shipped without Rack, just the PA :wink:

Great thanks, the 295's just arrived, it was 36Kgs with the 6U rack.

Just loaded the Studio Preamp in there with it

Yeah tell me about it,

only taken it to two band practices and already developed a lower back problem :roll:

Thinking of putting a shoulder strap or wheels on my flight case
