What's the best reverb for a dual recto?

I use a Boss RV5 in the loop with good results. It can be kinda "digital" sounding if you're not careful. Just set the mix on the pedal very wet and use the mix on the amp to blend it in and it works fine.

I Caught Chad's (codeorama's) thread at "the other place" but I'd be curious as to what the Mesa crowd thinks.

Also, If you're using a pedal - do you use the loop?

I use a TC G-Major in the loop. Nice, clean 'verb.

EH Holy Grail is what i use with my Dual Rectifier, and it sounds great....and i dont put it through the loop...my whole pedalboard plugs right into the front

If you are looking for a great clean reverb that doesnt suck you signal, you'd probably want a true spring reverb. Most pedals and lower cost reverbs are digital, which I don't care for. Some people don't notice or care...it's you choice.
Try the fender tank....I got my reissue for $260 @ GC. Run it in your effects loop for minimalized tone sucking. Well worth the dough if you want clean reverb!
