Think very small home studio.
Metal/rock kinda stuff I guess....

FOr the money, could I have done better than a Solo 50 head?

probably a MKIV,yeah they are sweet as hell,then again a small mesa is just as powerful as a big marshall so it doesnt really matter with a mesa they are always gonna be loud,
