Honestly most Mesa's really dont produce the super compressed tight metalcore sounds that are on the really heavy end of things, I am in no way bashing a mesa, I love Mesa, I actually have a Mark Roadster for some good heavy rock, and a Bogner Uberschall for the super heavy in your face metalcore stuff. I actually have the Bogner for sale if you dont have your heart set on Mesa, PM me if interested, otherwise the Triple Rec and the Mark IV have got to be the heaviest sounding Mesa's out there, though they are voiced differently I believe.
