Suits the music perfectly, your a good player! Im not a big fan of that Yngwie meets Dream Theatre sound, but I can appreciatte what you put into it, its very good. Your tone was pretty smooth I found, no annoying highs. Did you use the neck pup for this or the bridge? What guitar??

Yngwie meets Dream Theatre =the funniest thing Ive ever heard but you are right,I like to mix everything but,when I recorded the solo I didnt think it that way.I simply played and recorded.


you could take the place of kiko Loureiro = Never .Kiko estudied for 10 years 4-8 hours a day.I never did that.My skills cant come any closer to them altough sometimes my less techinique = better composing , maybe more feeling I dont know.

Both of them .I used my esp m2 deluxe transparent purple.

real good tone and playing, compliments! your soloing tone is very smooth and fluid, and it's a good thing. Talking about the rhythm overdrive (and referring also to the other clip you posted a few days ago), i would avoid such a really sweet tone (which however works more than great with the solos, like this one) maybe lowering the mids
