what cab to go with DC-5

Looking to get a 2x12 cab to open up my DC-5 112 combo, had my eye on avatar cabs as the price is right where i need it to be. Mainly play Hard rock/metal. Could use some suggestions as far as speakers go, i was thinking V30 and G12H30 pair. Would i be better off with closed or open back? What you guys running your DC's through?

I use a closed back 1-12 cabinet with my DC-5 combo. Right now it has a G12H30 (actually the Hellatone version) in it and I quite like it. I think that it complements the C90 very well.
