Went through the whole board!!I need help dual rect. efxloop

Hey guys i am having some serious efx loop problems. I have used my loop since day one i love it when it was working. If i turn on the FX button on my footswitch the volume decreases where i can barley here it. I tried changing pedals i run a H20 chorus and mxr phaser in the loop. Nothing works so i fooled with the volumes on the back of the amp. If they are on the normal setting then i cant here nothing if i have one cranked all the way and the other knob on 0 then i can here a little bit. What the hell is wrong with this? Has my effect loop went out? I changed tubes thinking that might fix it but no good. Any suggestions or do i have to hunt down a crappy tech in my area?

Nevermind i guess it was a bad cable i did everything but replace the stupid cable. I was pissed at mesa for about a whole hour
