Walter is a very accomplished guitarist. I "rediscovered" him a few years ago after having seen him initially with John Mayall shortly after he and Coco Montoya joined Mayall's group back in the 80's. He is the one that got me on to Mesa amplifiers. I try to catch him in his now home town of Huntington Beach at Perqs which is your typical California beach dive bar. He usually plays there a weekend or two in January and a weekend or two in February before taking off on tour. He just absolutely rips the place up. Not enough kind works to say about the guy.
