voodoo mods someone??

Im probably gonna buy a 2 channel dual rectifier with voodoo mods.
have anyone done that to their dual????
can you tell me a little about it??

I have a voodoo modded 3 channel right now.

Here's what I can say about it.

-Much better at lower volumes...I can play it in my apartment, and it sounds awesome.
-Bass stays tighter
-Amp overall is more articulate.

It sounds great, and is a little more versatile IMO, but it does lose a bit of the rectifier flavor, as the things that he changes are IMO what make a rectifier a rectifier.

If these three things sound like what you want, the voodoo mod is GREAT.

I'm actually thinking about selling my modded rectifier....too many amps right now. PM me if you'd be at all interested.

Here is my thing with the Voodoo mods. If you replace the tranny, and a number of capacitors etc, is it really still a MESA rectifier?

I am not doubting its positive impacts, but your really changing the voice of what mesa desinged it to be. 8)
