Not unless you mod your FX loop to serial and put it in the FX loop.

Sure, get a line level volume pedal like the Ernie Ball Active instrument pedal and put in the FX loop with the mix all the way up. I've used a volume pedal and purpose built FX loop attenuation in the loop of my F-100 with no problem and it works great. Of course, there is a little bit of bleed through when the volume pedal is all the way down due to the loop design, but it's not that loud.
