Volume Loss

Using my stiletto ace and my volume went low and came back.also some crackling like a bad connection. are the tubes going? The amp is about a year old and a tech at a mesa service center said you should do a retube about once a year. Any input and thanks for your help. :shock:

Could def be a tube, but also if you are hearing crackling maybe your cable is bad??? Dunno, what type of cable are you using?
