Vintage style knob replacement

Hi all,

Does anybody know where I can get knob replacements for a Studio Pre?

I got pricing from the local dealer at $20 per knob. It seems outrageous for a plastic knob, any other knobs are at most $5.
Perhaps it's a good idea to just get the modern knobs like the ones on the MKV?

You may have to trim the post on the potentiometer down some, as the new knobs fit differently, but it will be original.
