nothing fancy It's a nice sounding poweramp, a bit thin/hollow compared to the recto but it gets the job done. My digicam is pretty crappy when it comes to recording audio though

great video, that's exactly what I was waiting for! I prefer the tone of the Racktifier poweramp, but I wanted to ask if the bad cable influenced the tone or not when playing with the Mosvalve. thanks for sharing

Well with a good cable, it is VERY loud BUT it gets a bit harder sounding....not quite harsh, but harder and not as smooth with no compression. Basically just louder really.

Maybe I'll be hte odd man out here, but the Mosvalve sounded alot clearer and defined to me....the rectifier poweramp sounded a bit muddier to my ear.

That was my thought too. I wanted to hear a drier comparison.
