I have seen photos of other stand alone thiele cabs and it showed a short shelf above the port opening. I was just doing some work on my cab and digging around through the fiberglass padding I realized that there was no shelf. I think it should be there , no? I bought the cab quite a while ago and never had reason to look inside of the bottom. Am I right, there should be a shelf above the slot port? And can anyone tell me just how big it should be? Kind of weird.
