Used LSC Pricing Question

Sorry if this is the wrong place for this. I'm thinking about joining the Lonestar Classic club, and there's a local 2x12 combo with an asking price of $1200. It is an older model with no 10 watt setting. Also, it has no footswitch, and probably no slip cover. And most likely no warranty. Does it sound like a good deal or a little high considering everything it doesn't have?

It sounds like it's in about the correct price range depending on the condition. I think some of the other guys on here will have a better answer for you.

Recent eBay sales for non-10 watters have been around $1,200. Sellers pay the eBay and Paypal fees. You'll also need to buy the $100 footswitch (plus tax and shipping). Based upon this, I'd say $1,050 to $1,100 would be fair.

That's about the range I was thinking. I'm going to throw in the "isn't this supposed to come with a slip cover" argument too.

Yeah, I consulted the price list that's posted on these boards. And I fully intend to quote full price for all missing items. Worst they can do is refuse my asking price.
