tube combo for metal

hi

i'm selling my single rectifier and my 4x12 rectocab

now i'd like a combo,1x12 all tube with a distortion channel able of sound like slipknot,machine head,killswitch engage tone,

but... my budget is 800 dollars(600 euro)

my first look was a the bogner alchemist,but it seems to not have that gain i need

then i saw the peavey 6505+ 112,perfect,but in italy it's not imported,in Uk has a great price

so,i think only this 2 amp,waht do you advise?

a 6505 combo is definitely going to be decent for metal but the cleans won't be great.

Look into the Mesa DC series. They sell for around the price you are looking to spend and I'm pretty sure Jim from Slipknot used DC 10's before he switched to Orange.

a mesa dc5,qould be great,but here in Italy the price is increased,i didn't find one for less tha 850 euro(over 1100 dollars).i don't want to spend all that money,and honestly i don't think that the dc5 worth that money

If you can find a Subway Rocket, the contour channel does a great high gain metal tone.
