Triaxis - The modified might be modded????!!!!

Hi,

I am an owner of an early Triaxis. Recently I have retubed it and also did some maintenence to the circuit board(loose solder cold solder etc.) . While I had the top off I notice that there were some modifications done to the unit. I called Mesa and talked to a tech about this and they said that thes modifications were not done by mb.

Yes, I believe that my triaxis does have the phat modd, but I also believe that there are other modifications that were done to the main board. If there is someone knowledgable about the circuitry of the Triaxis out there that could help me figure out what has been done and why, I would be most grateful.

I will post links to high res photos for someone to look at as needed.

What version is yours?2 or 1?

It' s a version one with 2.0 Software and what appears to be the Phat mod on tx-4. It's the other mods to the mainboard that I am wondering about.

Take a few pictures of the area's you have questions about, and I'll take a look at mine and see how they differ and if possible the reason for any changes.
