Ok. I have a TriAxis V2, haven't used it yet, still need to get a 2:90. My question is when using the Triaxis with the 2:90 how can I "trigger" or change
the "Voicings"? I assume that changing the modes or presets would trigger a voicing change, but how would I change the voicings manually if I wanted to by using the Triaxis? For example if I wanted to have a mode on half-power that wouldn't normally be on half power. Maybe this would be apparent if I was up and running, but just by looking at the preamp and reading the manual I can't tell. Thanks for your help!

The triaxis doesn't really allow ad hoc control of the switches. You can get a shorted plug to plug into the 2/90 to audition different voicing a, or you can click through the "loop/sw" button to get to the setup you want, but in general, to change triaxis switching, you program per preset, and change presets.

Thanks. So the loop/sw button is more than an effects loop button, it also controls the "voicing" modes on the 2:90?

Correct. Each press changes the loop setting, as well as configuration of the switches set. To go from only loop on to only loop off (cycling through every switch combination is about 32 switch presses. Hope that helps!

Great thanks for the info.

You could obtain three run-of-the-mill TRS footswitches for each separate voicing to control them separately.
