Alright, I'm in no way an expert in dialing in solo tones. I've always added some reverb to my rhythm sound and recorded before but we're gonna be recording a cd with my friends overseas till next year and I'm trying to dial all my sounds close to ready and here's what ive come up with for a smooth lead sound. Please ignore the clippings due to excess bass. I'm trying to find a mid ground where i can lower the bass without changing the general character (that's why i need a friggin eq! Can't wait to get one.)

But hey, Here it is... Please comment.

sounds awesome solo, but you might need more upper mid, a bit less bass, and a bit of low cut on the reverb or it'll sound mushy in a mix.

Ty sir!

Hey, I remember that sig :D Are you from JPforums?

Yeah, that's me. I'm everywhere (including here, even though I don't actually own a Boogie  ).

GO BUY ONE! NOW!

:D

I bought a recto few years ago. Since then I've played nothing but a boogie. Tremoberb, Mark 4, Triaxis.. I'm not even curious to hear any other brand anymore ;)

Dude! What are you thinking!? That is the worst tone ever!!!. Ditch the Mesa... get Line 6.

Just kiddin'
It sounds great! I agree up the mids a bit. Shred!

Thanks for sharing.
